Nicoal Renee, aka The Punk Rawk Yogi, expert yoga instructor (E-RYT 500), formally trained in the disciplines of hatha, vinyasa, and yin - offering creative flows that are multidimensional and multifaceted for ALL.
As the sole creator and founder of Punk Rawk Yoga, Nicoal offers genuine, unfiltered, and revolutionary yoga classes to the cathartic, fervent sounds of alternative music to liberate both the body and mind!
Nicoal became a yoga instructor to guide others towards their self-liberation. As a lifelong activist – Nicoal sought to change the world for the better. Through yoga, she discovered, in order to transform the world around her, she must embody autonomy, equality, and peace within her.
Nicoal’s primary aim is to make yoga, veganism, raw food, and other holistic healing modalities accessible and attainable for all – radical clean living & yoga for the masses!
